The Nyantation Premium Experience:
Every adoptable comes with a dedicated digital ecosystem to ensure your character grows alongside you:- Dedicated Web Profile: A custom space where you can track their official lore, character sheets, and design evolution.- Memory Logs: A curated gallery of every illustration ever commissioned for them, keeping their history organized in one place.- Exclusive Starter Kit: Upon adoption, you receive the character's First Artbook, featuring high-resolution illustrations, detailed concept sheets, and their origin story.- Custom Merchandise: Access to a private store where you can order physical merch of your character, including keychains, posters, and books.

The Loyalty System: Affinity Points:
To reward those who truly cherish their characters, we use a Royalty System called Affinity Points. These points allow you to unlock rewards within the Nyantation ecosystem.How to earn Affinity Points:
- Flash Commissions: +35 Points
- Standard Commissions: +85 Points
- Support via Throne/Donations: +2 Points for every 1€How to use them:

Terms of Service: Adoption & Ownership

By adopting a character from Nyantation, you agree to the following terms. These rules ensure a fair and premium experience for all owners.1. Ownership and Usage Rights
Full Design Rights: Upon full payment, the buyer receives the rights to the character design. You may use the character for personal or commercial projects (streaming, merch, indie games, etc.).Credit: While you own the character, Nyantation remains the original creator of the design. Please credit @Nyantation where appropriate, especially regarding the original concept art.Final Ownership (No Resale): Because each adoptable is linked to a unique digital ecosystem (dedicated website, memory logs, and Affinity system), adoptions are final and non-transferable. To protect the integrity of the royalty system and the character’s history, the resale of Nyantation adoptables is strictly prohibited.2. Artist Exclusivity & Protection
Strict Refusal Policy: To protect your investment and the character's unique identity, Nyantation will never accept commissions from third parties to draw your adopted character. Only the verified owner has the right to commission new official art of that character from this studio.The "Nyantation" Style: While you own the rights to the character, you may not claim the original "Nyantation" artwork as being drawn by yourself or another artist.3. Affinity Points & Store
Non-Transferable: Affinity Points are linked to the specific adoptable and its owner. They cannot be traded for cash or transferred to another person.Redemption: Rewards in the Affinity Store are subject to current availability and my production schedule.4. Payments and Refunds
All adoptions are final. Due to the digital nature of the "Starter Kit" and the immediate transfer of intellectual property and web hosting, refunds are not available once the files have been delivered.
